According to Joystiq (source), Microsoft has confirmed that the X-Box Live Rewards program will now offer perks based on your Gamerscore. Finally all those hours achievement hunting will pay off (at least a little). Gamers who have over a 25,000 in achievement points will receive a 2% MSP rebate on all Marketplace purchases. Those with at least 10,000 score will get a 1% rebate, and those with at least 3,000 will get a special annual birthday gift. To be eligible for these bonuses, you have to be a member of the X-Box Live Rewards program, which you can sign up for here.
