The core (lower back) is a very important part of the body that is needed for any physical activity, especially parkour. Having a strong core means you will be able to do more things with your body that others may not able to; hold handstands longer, human flag and variations of the human flag, be more flexible, etc. Having it stretched out before a work out or parkour session is something you should consider, and here are some stretches!
