Quadrupedal movements is a fantastic exercise that only uses your body weight, it helps to get the feel for parkour movements; improves movement with feet and hands at the same time; and strengthens the joints and the body overall. There are a few different ways to do a QM, which I will be posting below because it is better understood visually than verbally.
