The Fellowship will be journeying over to PC and consoles on October 30th. LEGO Lord of the Rings will give players a new experience of Middle-earth as they adventure through the world, battle enemies, unlock 80+ playable characters, and gather unique magic items and weapons. Players can use Mithril to craft items in a Blacksmith Shop, harness the One Ring’s power as you cross over into the Twilight World of the Ringwraiths, and use items familiar to the story such as the Light of Earendil and Elven rope. The game offers the usual co-op drop-in/out mode for consoles, and features the cast of LEGO characters interacting with spoken dialogue, a newer feature of the LEGO games.
