After years of development and eager waiting from fans, Halo 4 is finally complete. That’s right folks; Halo 4 is fully developed and almost ready for its launch. All it needs now is to pass the certification process, which should be quick and painless. 343 Industries has worked on the game for three years with a team of around 300 people.
