Many people run into the issue where after eating a full meal, they are still hungry. They do not want to consume additional calories but their belly is still grumbling for more. We already know that waiting 20 minutes will resolve this issue because your brain will finally realize that the calories have been put into your system. The issue with that… many don’t wait the 20 minutes to have the full feeling. They will go and eat more before that feeling subsides. Water to the rescue.

What I suggest you do which has a noticeable effect, is chug down a full glass of water right before you eat your meal. Doing this will fill up your stomach, giving you the full feeling you are looking for. When you feel full you are less inclined to overeat. Eating that meal will be even more satisfying without consuming additional, unnecessary calories.
