Fit Female: Well Rounded

Yesterday, Fit Female hit you with a nice lower body workout. Today we are going to kick it up a notch with a upper body / crossfit hybrid routine. The plan is to tax the muscles of the upper body all while maintaining an elevated heart rate. Remember, as usual, your are racing the clock. Every time you do this routine you will try to achieve a better time than the last. That’s what we call motivation.

Have a look below at the upper body routine that I put together with love  for you today.

3 rounds for time:

30 shoulder press

  • 10 burpies

20 push ups

  • 20 mountain climbers

20 assisted pull ups

  • 10 burpies

15 EZ bar curls

  • 20 mountain climbers

15 dumbbell kickbacks

  • 1/2 mile run or 1/2 mile elliptical
