Back to work means back to the gym for you slackers who decided to take the summer off. Lets start off with a blast.

5 rounds
  • 50 kettle bell swings
  • 40 man makers
  • 30 front delt / 30 side delt raises
  • 20 push ups getting air after each rep
  • 30 pull ups
  • 40 curl press (barbell bicep curl / shoulder press)
  • 50 smith squats (25 pounds on each side of bar)
