Complete all of the following:

  • jog 50 lengths of the gym

  • 100 kettle bell swings

  • 100 wall balls

  • 100 jump squats

  • 200 flutter kicks

    Great, short cardio killer workout. Looks bad, but I was surprised I did ok with all the cardio crap. :)
