  • 1/4 mile sprint (not walk, not jog)
  • 30 close grip pull ups
  • 30 wall balls
  • 30 curl presses
  • 30 kettle bell swings
  • 30 dumbbell chest press
  • 30 modified pull ups on smith
  • 30 push ups
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 mat crunches
  • 30 mat side crunches (15 each side)
  • 30 leg scissors
