Today I am presenting you with another 20 minute, timed workout. You will have 20 minutes to complete the following leg routine which is meant to tap you out at the end of the time limit. Complete all of the following in order, within 20 minutes.
8 rounds of:
5 – 100 pound smith squat (50 pounds on each end of bar)
10 Jump squats
10 – 20 pound alternating lunges (20 pound dumbbell each hand)
20 air squats (butt touching bench)
