Fighting For Fitness continues on www.gamentrain.com!
Friday, August 17th was Day 11 of the combined program with Isagenix and the workout routine with Pro Fitness of Cranbrook.
The way the Isagenix program is set-up, you measure yourself on Day 1, Day 11 and Day 30. That way, you can get an idea of the kind of progress your program is achieving.
This comes from the mentality that numbers don’t lie, unless they are pant sizes.
After completing my measurements on Day 11, I can honestly say that we are making some great headway already!
If this is your first time reading Fighting For Fitness, this series of articles follows my journey to better health as I put myself through a physical conditioning program in an effort to hit my target weight of under 200 pounds. After a proper measurement on a medical scale, I found out that I was 260 pounds, which means that is a weight loss goal of 60 pounds.
This program is brought to you by Pro Fitness of Cranbrook and Independent Isagenix Consultant Rick Voisey.
With the beginning of this program, I went ahead and took down all of my measurements. Today, I will compare the measurements with Day 1 to the measurements taken on Day 11 to document the difference! We will be doing the same thing on Day 30 of the Isagenix program.
Jeff Johnson – Starting Stats – Fighting For Fitness Day 1 to Day 11
Height – 5’11″
Weight – 260 pounds –> 253 pounds – 7 pound loss!
Neck – 17.5 inches –> 17 inches – half an inch loss!
Upper Arms – 16.25 inches –> 16 inches – quarter of an inch loss!
Chest – 47 inches –> 45.5 inches - 1.5 inch loss!
Diaphragm – 42 inches –> 42 inches – no change
Waist – 45 inches –> 43.5 inches – 1.5 inch loss!
Abdomen – 46 inches –> 44.5 inches – 1.5 inch loss!
Buttocks – 49.5 inches –> 47 inches - 2.5 inch loss!
Upper Thighs – 29 inches –> 28 inches – 1 inch loss!
Calves – 19 inches –> 18.25 inches – .75 inch loss!
Upper Knee – 20 inches –> 19.5 inches – half an inch loss!
The losses document here are astounding. My workout has been an all-body approach, combining elements of cardio with free weights. I have also recently added some elements of machine weights as well.
The most astounding measurement that surprised me was the butt! I am amazed that 11 days of a steady work-out program, along with a steady Isagenix diet, has managed to take almost three inches off of my buttocks! That’s incredible.
We’ll see if these type of losses continue when we take the measurements again on Day 30! For the latest updates, be sure to keep following Fighting For Fitness here on GameNTrain. You can also listen for the latest updates every Thursday on GameOn.
Remember, if you are planning to begin any sort of dietary program or exercise routine, always consult your physician first. Make sure the program you are doing is the right one for you.
Fighting For Fitness documents my results through Pro Fitness and Isagenix to show just what this program can accomplish.
What may work for me may not work for your own personal weight goals, so be sure to research the options that are available to you.
