With us entering the second month of the Isagenix program, I am not expecting to see dramatic decreases for measurements at this point. As long as I see a downward trend in sizes, then I am pleased!
The most dramatic decrease that I saw with our fifth set of measurements was in the area of the chest and abs. The chest saw a decrease of 1.25 inches since our last series of measurements, while the abs decreased by 2 inches in 10 days, now measuring under 40 inches for the first time since this program began!
A few surprises were seen when it comes to the clothes that I wear too. I decided on a whim to try wearing some of my older clothes that didn’t fit anymore, just as a way of testing the waters. Not only did my old jeans with a 38 inch waist fit, but they were actually loose!
Old shirts that I used to wear are also fitting again as well, better then when I stopped wearing them.
But don’t just take my word for it. Below is a photo comparison from Day 1 of the Isagenix program to Day 41 of Fighting For Fitness.
It’s safe to say that there is a noticeable difference, especially in the face. Also, notice how baggy the shirt is 40 days later!
Only 50 days left in the Fighting For Fitness program. Can I still reach my goal of a 60 pound weight loss? Keep up to date with the latest progress reports here on GameNTrain!
