Fighting For Fitness continues on www.gamentrain.com!

Monday, August 27th was Day 21 of the combined program with Isagenix and the workout routine with Pro Fitness of Cranbrook.

As promised, here is my current weight and measurements, as of Day 21 of the Fighting For Fitness program.

Jeff Johnson – Starting Stats – Fighting For Fitness Day 1 to Day 11 to Day 21

Height – 5’11″
Weight – 260 pounds –> 253 pounds –> 246 pounds – 14 pound total loss!
Neck – 17.5 inches –> 17 inches –> 16.5 inches – one inch total loss!
Upper Arms – 16.25 inches –> 16 inches –> 15.75 inches – half an inch total loss!
Chest – 47 inches –> 45.5 inches –> 44.25 inches – 2.75 inch total loss!
Diaphragm – 42 inches –> 42 inches –> 39 inches – 3 inch total loss!
Waist – 45 inches –> 43.5 inches –> 42.25 inches – 2.75 inch total loss!
Abdomen – 46 inches –> 44.5 inches –> 42 inches – 4 inch total loss!
Buttocks – 49.5 inches –> 47 inches –> 46.5 inch – 3 inch total loss!
Upper Thighs – 29 inches –> 28 inches –> 27.75 inches – 1.25 inch total loss!
Calves – 19 inches –> 18.25 inches –> 17.75 inches – 1.25 inch total loss!
Upper Knee – 20 inches –> 19.5 inches –> 19.5 inches – half an inch total loss! (no change from last week)

There were two dramatic changes seen with this set of measurements. The abdomen took a dramatic hit, decreasing by 2.5 inches over a period of ten days. The Diaphragm also decreased by three inches, after seeing absolutely no change within the first ten days.

Some areas with measurements were a little odd. I have noticed when we are doing measurements that some areas are showing differently from the left side to the right side. For instance, My left upper arm is thinner than my right upper arm. In fact, all of my measurements on my left side are actually smaller than measurements on my right side. I am at a loss to explain this, but have dealt with the discrepancy by showing the larger of two measurements in the records here online.

If this is your first time reading Fighting For Fitness, this series of articles follows my journey to better health as I put myself through a physical conditioning program in an effort to hit my target weight of under 200 pounds. After a proper measurement on a medical scale, I found out that I was 260 pounds, which means that is a weight loss goal of 60 pounds.

This program is brought to you by Pro Fitness of Cranbrook and Independent Isagenix Consultant Rick Voisey.

We are now on Day 21 of the Isagenix program and my gym program at Pro Fitness in Cranbrook. The next measurements will be taken on Day 31, when I begin my second set of Isagenix products. I will also be providing photo updates every 20 days, so have a look at the photos below for a comparison!
