Crossfit Routine: WOD Nancy

This week we are going to focus in on a Crossfit Routine which doesn’t have much to it besides a bunch of butt kicking. WOD Nancy consists of 5 rounds of only two exercises. Pretty easy right? Have a look below at the routine as well as the video and give it a shot yourself. Remember all WOD’s are done for time so remember to keep track. To the routine:

15, 95 pound overhead squats
