Fran is a competitive crossfit routine which truly kicked my butt this week at the gym. The workout is a simple one which looks like it will be a walk in the park, but done correctly, you will have a nice time lying on the gym floor. Complete the following routine FOR TIME and put your time in the books. Remember, the goal of this routine is to complete it as quickly as possible with taking as little rest in between sets as possible. No rest is the best way to go. Fran looks like this:
- 21 Thrusters
- 21 Pull ups
- 15 Thrusters
- 15 Pull ups
- 9 Thrusters
- 9 Pull ups
