This week the crossfit routine I have prepared for you is one that is simple in theory, but extremely difficult to complete. Prepare to have your muscles burning and your brow sweating.

4 rounds for time

Run 1/2 mile

25 Thrusters

25 Kettle bell swings

25 hanging leg lifts
